3. Financial Transactions

Fine Art and Frames: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for physical products like paintings, sculptures, or framed art.
Digital Art: Due to the nature of digital products, no returns are accepted once a download has been made. However, if there's an issue with the file (e.g., corrupted data), we might offer a replacement.

2. State of Return

Physical Products: Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Frames must not have been mounted or hung.
Digital Products: N/A, as digital products cannot be returned once downloaded.

3. Reason for Return

Returns are only eligible for:
- Defects or damages evident upon delivery.
- Errors in the order, such as receiving the wrong item.

4. Process for Return

Initiate a Return:
